A out-of-hall Scout event must has a permission note, if there is no permission note, its not a Scout event.
If you attend a Scout event that requires a permission note and you dont have one, you cannot attend.

THE MEADOWBANK SCOUT GROUP COMMITTEE

HI All,

The Monthly Group Meeting for the group’s committee will be held on the fourth Wednesday of each calender month during School Term from 6.45pm – 8.00pm.
The meeting will be held in THE BASEMENT area of the hall.

This is a great opportunity to meet other parents and gain a better understanding of how the group operates behind the scenes. All parents of youth members of the Group are automatic members of the Group.
